Round-one house sites and memberships have closed. We are now accepting applications for round-two house sites and memberships.
To apply for a round-two house site you will need to have a minimum of $145,000 to buy your shares in the co-operative. Your share price will include your exclusive homesite plus access to the existing and future community facilities and land.
We have developed a step-by-step process to join the Afterlee Ecovillage, as follows:
1. Book in for a site tour (see below)
2. Once you’ve enjoyed a site tour, and if you are keen to progress, we’ll send you an Expression of Interest form
3. Submit your EOI including video introduction
4. Your application is assessed and if accepted, an application fee of $600 to become a member as well as purchase of the agreed amount of shares required for the site you desire is due within a 1 month period. As of December 2024 this is either 145 shares ($145,000) for a village site or 170 shares ($170,000) for a larger site.
This process takes around 2 months from your initial site tour.
